When I travel to Spain or Portugal I enjoy the wine but then I comeback to Vancouver and we have good wine from the Okanagan (I read about it) but I don’t know what to but and the ones I but are either bitter or sweet so definitely I need to learn how to start enjoying wine
Yes! This is definitely all about the winemaking. How long the winemaker decides to keep wine in some kind of skin contact (adds bitterness) or how much residual sugar is left in the wine (leaves in some sweetness.) Practices look different in every country, which is why they taste different everywhere!
