It’s officially fall, which in my world means it’s dinner party season. Everyone is back in the city after a summer of travel and people want to hang out. Fall dinner parties, friendsgivings, Christmas gatherings, birthday soirées, or simply a small group catching up. Whatever the occasion may be, wine is obviously a necessity. But…who is brave enough to hit the wine shop and grab a bottle (or two) for the evening?

I get the dilemma; you walk into a shop and the labels and options feel overwhelming. So you go for the usual safe go-to’s because you know they are good, and why mess with a good thing? There’s no need to walk in with a cool wine when you have something that’s oh-so-reliable.

Well I say this season, let’s change it up.

Be the cool one. Offer to bring the wine this time.

Then use this list below as your guide, a little pocket-sized cheat sheet from your own personal online sommelier. Here you will find a mix of whites, reds, skin contacts, and sparkling wines for you to bring. They are a step outside of the box, the kind of wines that will turn heads and have guests thinking you’re oh-so-knowledgeable. Because you are. After all, you are reading this newsletter. 😉

So elevate your experience around the table and snag one of these 20 wines for dinner parties.
